1. About EuroRadios
EuroRadios ("EuroRadios", "we", "us", "our") is an online radio discovery and live-streaming platform focused on European radio stations. EuroRadios aggregates publicly available radio station streams and lets listeners discover stations by country, city, genre and language. EuroRadios also provides tools for radio station owners and broadcasters to claim, manage and enhance their station profiles.
EuroRadios is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — to be configured], with registered address at [REGISTERED ADDRESS — to be configured]. For legal enquiries, contact [LEGAL CONTACT EMAIL — to be configured].
2. Use of the Service
By accessing or using EuroRadios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.
EuroRadios provides a directory and streaming aggregation service. You may use the platform to discover, listen to, and manage radio stations. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. User Accounts
EuroRadios offers two primary account types:
- Listener accounts: allow you to save favourites, track listening history, personalise your experience, and access premium features.
- Radio Owner / Broadcaster accounts: allow station owners or authorised representatives to claim, add and manage their station's profile, branding, schedule, streaming configuration, SEO and station information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account. Creating an account using false information or impersonating another person or organisation is prohibited.
4. Radio Stations
Radio stations listed on EuroRadios are sourced through:
- Direct submission by station owners or authorised representatives.
- Import from public radio directories (such as Radio-Browser, TuneIn, or MyTuner).
- Administrative addition by EuroRadios staff.
EuroRadios does not own, operate, or control the radio stations listed in its directory. Station listings include information such as the station name, city, country, genre, language, stream URL, description, logo, and schedule. EuroRadios acts as a directory and discovery service; it does not produce, host, or broadcast radio content.
Each station's listing may display metadata including but not limited to: station name, slogan, city, country, region, genre(s), language, frequency, stream URL, description, logo, cover image, social media links, contact details, programme schedule, and now-playing information.
5. Station Claims and Management
EuroRadios provides a station claim and ownership verification system. A station claim is a request by a user to manage a specific station's profile on EuroRadios.
Claim process:
- A user submits a claim request identifying the station and providing proof of ownership or authorisation.
- EuroRadios reviews each claim before granting management access.
- Claims may be approved, rejected, or require additional information.
- Submitting or claiming a station you are not authorised to represent is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Ownership verification:
- EuroRadios may request documentation or other evidence to verify ownership or authorisation.
- Management access is granted only after verification is complete.
- EuroRadios reserves the right to revoke management access if ownership cannot be verified or is found to be false.
False ownership claims:
- Knowingly submitting a false ownership claim is a serious violation of these Terms.
- EuroRadios may reject, suspend, or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent claims.
- EuroRadios may require additional verification at any time.
6. Station Owner Information
Station owners and authorised managers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit and maintain on their station profiles. This includes:
- Station name, slogan, and description.
- City, country, region, genre(s), and language.
- Stream URL(s) and stream configuration.
- Programme schedule and presenter information.
- Contact details (email, phone, address).
- Social media links and website URL.
- SEO metadata.
Station owners must ensure that all submitted information is accurate, up to date, and does not mislead listeners. EuroRadios may review, edit, or remove station information that is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these Terms.
7. Logos, Images and User Content
Station owners may upload logos, cover images, favicons, now-playing artwork, and other visual assets to their station profiles. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to use the uploaded content.
- The content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- The content is accurate and does not mislead.
EuroRadios may resize, re-encode, or adapt uploaded images for technical optimisation (e.g. WebP conversion, responsive sizing). EuroRadios does not claim ownership of your uploaded content. You retain all ownership rights to your content.
EuroRadios may remove content that is deemed inappropriate, infringing, or in violation of these Terms.
8. Radio Streams
EuroRadios aggregates and embeds publicly available radio streams from third-party broadcasters. EuroRadios does not host, re-broadcast, or control the audio content of these streams.
Stream availability:
- Stream availability depends on the third-party broadcaster and may change without notice.
- EuroRadios is not responsible for stream interruptions, quality, or content.
- Some streams may use HTTP protocol, which may be blocked by modern browsers when EuroRadios is served over HTTPS. EuroRadios recommends HTTPS streams but does not automatically convert HTTP to HTTPS.
Stream configuration:
- Station owners are responsible for providing accurate stream URLs.
- EuroRadios may test streams for availability and display health status.
- Station owners may configure primary and backup stream URLs, stream type, and playback mode.
9. Intellectual Property
EuroRadios, its logo, design, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. All EuroRadios platform content, including the directory structure, ranking algorithms, and user interface, is the property of EuroRadios or its licensors.
Radio station names, logos, streams, and associated content remain the property of their respective owners. EuroRadios claims no ownership rights over station content.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works of the EuroRadios platform without prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.
10. Advertising
EuroRadios may display advertisements on the platform. The advertising architecture follows this priority chain:
- EuroRadios Direct Campaigns (primary paid inventory): Direct advertiser campaigns are served first when an eligible campaign matches the placement and targeting.
- Google AdSense (fallback): When no eligible direct campaign exists, Google AdSense may fill the ad slot. Google AdSense is a third-party advertising network with its own terms and privacy practices.
- EuroRadios House Ads (second fallback): If Google AdSense returns no fill or is unavailable, EuroRadios internal promotional ads may be displayed.
- No Ad: If no advertising is available, the slot remains empty.
Google AdSense display ads are never used as audio pre-roll. Google AdSense does not override a paid EuroRadios direct campaign.
11. Audio Advertising
EuroRadios may serve audio pre-roll advertisements that play before a radio stream begins. The audio pre-roll flow operates as follows:
- Free users: An eligible EuroRadios audio pre-roll ad may play before the radio stream begins. After the ad completes, the radio stream starts automatically.
- No eligible audio ad: If no audio campaign is eligible, the radio stream starts immediately.
- Premium listeners: Premium subscribers do not receive audio pre-roll ads. The radio stream starts immediately.
Audio pre-roll is completely separate from Google AdSense display advertising. Google AdSense display ads are never used as audio pre-roll. A user-level frequency cap limits audio pre-roll ads to a configurable interval (default: one ad per 60 minutes) across all stations and campaigns.
12. Premium / Ad-Free Services
EuroRadios offers optional Premium subscriptions:
- Premium Listener: Provides an ad-free listening experience. Premium listeners do not receive display ads or audio pre-roll ads.
- Premium Station: Provides enhanced station management features.
Premium subscriptions are billed via a payment processor (PayPal or Stripe). Payment processing is handled by the respective provider under their own terms and privacy policies. EuroRadios receives only the subscription status and identifiers returned by the provider.
Complimentary Premium access may be granted by EuroRadios at its discretion. Cancellation of a Premium subscription takes effect at the end of the current billing period. EuroRadios may modify, suspend, or discontinue Premium features at any time.
Premium exclusion from advertising is enforced server-side. Premium listeners are guaranteed not to receive advertising from either direct campaigns or Google AdSense fallback.
13. Service Availability
EuroRadios is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. EuroRadios does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform.
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond EuroRadios' control. EuroRadios is not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
Radio stream availability depends on third-party broadcasters and is outside EuroRadios' control.
14. Third-Party Content
EuroRadios links to and embeds third-party content, including:
- Radio station streams owned and operated by third-party broadcasters.
- Google AdSense advertising.
- Payment processing services (PayPal, Stripe).
- Radio directory data sources (Radio-Browser, TuneIn, MyTuner).
These third-party services have their own terms of service, privacy policies, and practices. EuroRadios is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services. You use third-party services at your own risk.
